Paris began her wedding day at Sculpted Edge in Nashville (the salon I recommend to ALL of my brides for their hair and makeup needs!!) surrounded by her super sweet bridesmaids. Excitement and hairspray filled the room as she anticipated walking down the aisle to wed her groom.
Nashville weather: Sunny, partly cloudy. BEAUTIFUL.
Murfreesboro (45 minutes away): SHEETS OF RAIN. for 2 hours.
Rain on your wedding day is considered good luck, right? I started to feel a little panicky as my second shooter and I were the only ones at The Wren’s Nest, and the outdoor ceremony set up was getting poured on, an gosh darnit I was really looking forward to creating some gorgeous, woodsy wedding portraits for Matt & Paris!!!
I think I pouted and stomped my feet loud enough that the rain gods paid attention and moved on to pester someone else. THANKYOUTHANKYOUTHANKYOU!
The ceremony was heart-felt (AND DRY!) and a reflection of Matt & Paris’ adoration for another. I’m a lucky gal to have witnessed and photographed such a sweet, beautiful wedding. Thank you Matt and Paris for choosing me as your wedding photographer!
