Nestled along the shores of Old Hickory Lake, The Estate at Cherokee Dock is a dream venue for couples seeking an elegant and timeless wedding experience. As a Nashville wedding photographer, I recently had the honor of photographing Yanelis and Michael’s stunning wedding at this luxurious estate, and every detail—from the breathtaking lakeside views to the meticulously designed interiors—was nothing short of perfection.

Yanelis, incredibly intelligent, beautiful, and full of energy, radiated joy throughout the day. Michael, while shy in comparison to his lovely bride, truly came alive on the dance floor, ready to celebrate and let loose. Their love story unfolded beautifully, with heartfelt moments and elegant details that made their celebration truly unique. Yanelis, radiant in a Berta Privée gown, and Michael, looking sharp in a tailored suit, shared an emotional first look in front of the grand staircase in the mansion. Their wedding day portraits in front of the chuppah (shout out to LMA Designs for the dreamy floral design ) were straight out of a wedding magazine! I also have to gush over the green, mismatched bridesmaid dresses and bridesman suit!

The reception space, adorned with lush florals and candlelit tables, created an ambiance of romance and sophistication. When the band kicked off the party, it was quite the event! Dancers adorned in the coolest outfits, stilt walkers, cold-sparks, light up props, you name it! It was so fun to photograph.

The Estate at Cherokee Dock and the Infinity team (I also have to shout out Priscilla, always warm, always smiling, and who happens to be former bride of mine as well!) truly brought Yanelis & Michael’s dream wedding to life. I can’t wait to return to this stunning venue in 2025!
